At Whole Health Chelsi ; our primary goal is to get you into safe movement patterns, regular exercise habits and help you reach your goals, while keeping you motivated and excited along the journey. I am a graduate of Fitness and Health Promotion from Conestoga College. Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructors through Ontario Fitness Council (OFC) and also certificated in nutrition through Precision Nutrition.
Our services include:
Personal Training is the safest and most effective way to reach your health & Fitness goals. Personal Training is a one on one training program that pushes a client to their fullest capacity, ensure safes lifting form and strong accountability. This program includes a training program for the client to follow outside of their coaching sessions as well as a customized meal plan and access to the private; client Facebook group.
$65/ 1 hour session- per session
$50/ 1 hour 1x/week for 3 months
$45/ 1 hour 2x/week for 3 months
$40/ 1 hour 3x/week for 3 months
Small Group Training:
Small Group Training is a way of getting the Personal Training experience at a rate you can afford. Sessions are in groups of up to 5 individuals to ensure an intimate coaching experience. Small Group enhances motivation for an individual while having other’s motivate them throughout the workout as well. Acheive your goals, while making new friends, pushing yourself to try new things and have fun while doing so! Small Group Training packages are for 2 sessions a week with the option to add a third session or more as well. Small Group Training includes a general ‘Whole Health Food Guide’, two; 1 hour workout sessions a week (catered to your needs) and access to the private client Facebook page.
$149.50 for 4 week sessions

Private Online Personal Training:
Online Training is great for a client who does not have a flexible schedule, lives out of the city (or country) and is serious about reaching their Health & Fitness goals. Online training includes customized workout and meal plans, weekly zoom or phone call updates, 24/7 support via email or messaging and an app with exercise demonstrations and your workout plan as well as access to the private client Facebook group.
$249 per month.
Sports Team Dry-land Training:
With dry-land sports training, I will help improve your athletes, athletic abilities. With proper coaching and programming I will help to improve your athletes speed, agility, coordination and strength. Dry-land training is diverse, working with bands, body weight, weights, HIIT and circuits. Our workouts are fun and sometimes competitive to get the team ready for their tournaments!
