I, Chelsi, am a certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. I have been a trainer for over four years now and a nutritionist for three years. I am certified for Personal Training and Group Fitness Training through Ontario Fitness Council (OFC) and for nutrition through Precision Nutrition.
My approach to Personal Training is very different than most coaches as I have a huge emphasis on mindset. I teach my clients how to change their perspective and find confidence in themselves every step of their journey.
I am located in Cambridge, Ontario at 35 Water Street South, within Kazoku Martial Arts.
Lasting results will only occur when their is a mental shift. Our programs focus on helping clients change their perspective and gain self confidence from the start of the program and past.
Fitness is the main part of our programming. We create fully customized training programs to keep clients moving and progressing towards their goals.
Our diet approach is all about sustainability. We teach clients to eat Whole Foods following a balanced, intuitive eating approach. This allows clients to have treats when they want it and still reach their goals.

Small Group Training
Work in small groups of up to five people, for the most motivating and fun workout. Small Group programs include 2 workouts a week, meal guides and mindset coaching.
Work one on one with Chelsi through her online coaching services. Online coaching guarantees results and comes with weekly updates and coaching calls, customized workout and meal planning as well as mindset shifting exercises.
I started with Chelsi in June 2018, she has changed my life for the better! I honestly cannot thank this young woman enough for all of her hard work and dedication with helping me get on track to a more healthier lifestyle. I now eat healthier, attend yoga, spin classes, small group fitness classes, workout twice a week with Chelsi and hit the gym on my own as well. I originally went from barely making it in twice a week to workout with her, to working out 5-6 days a week. Chelsi works diligently to help keep her clients accountable in and outside of the gym atmosphere. She has helped me to feel confident again and provides a magnitude of knowledge about diet, fitness, mental health, and lifestyle in general.
